At our company, we have long been investing in modern technologies that help us produce higher-quality furniture, streamline our manufacturing processes, and create better working conditions for our employees. This year, we expanded our production with three new technologies, which represent another significant step in the modernization of our manufacturing operations.
The first of these is the Logic WHM A X2 automated material handling and storage system, which is used to store and handle LTD panels. Thanks to automation, we are able to significantly streamline the flow of materials throughout production, reduce the risk of damage, and ensure a smoother workflow. The result is faster and more efficient production.
Another significant investment is the Novimat/Compact/I/G80/700/r3 automatic edge-banding line from IMA Schelling.
Edge banding is one of the most important operations in furniture manufacturing, and this new technology allows us to achieve even greater precision, consistent quality, and higher productivity. Every detail matters, and it is precisely this modern technology that helps us achieve results that meet our high quality standards.
The third new addition to our production facilities is the Sprint select.line drilling and insertion center from KOCH.
This machine ensures maximum precision in drilling and inserting furniture hardware, which is essential for trouble-free assembly and the long service life of our products. Thanks to its high degree of automation, we are also speeding up production and minimizing the risk of errors.
“Modernizing our production technologies is one of the pillars of our long-term strategy. We invest in solutions that enable us to improve production quality, streamline processes, and, at the same time, create a better work environment for our employees. This is the only way we can meet our customers’ expectations over the long term and maintain the high quality of our products,” says Ing. Martin Pavliš, CEO of MIAS OC.
