We have been one of the leading Czech furniture manufacturers for 30 years. We supply our own solutions for office and commercial interiors to many major companies in the Czech Republic and abroad. Our product range includes a comprehensive range of type series. These include standard furniture for clerical workplaces, large offices, call centres, mobile and variable workplaces and reception areas. Our range also includes elegant furniture for top management. Our comprehensive product portfolio complements the range of the Dauphin HumanDesign® Group, Europe's leading manufacturers of seating furniture. We are the exclusive partner of this group for the Czech market.

Foundation of ROVI Ltd. with the subject of aktivity Blacksmith production. Five emloyees, annual revenues of CZK 3 million

Purchase of the production facility and the start of office furniture production. We started production of the first office desk series with a metal base called „Stella Rovi“. 10 emplyoees, annual revenues of CZK 30 million.

Serial production of office furniture line Stella Rovi. In November 1992 we reached an agreement with a foreign partner Schärf GmbH, with an intention of forming a joint venture. Annual revenues of CZK 46 million.

Establishment of the joint venture Schärf-ROVI Ltd. Start of production of the Euro Office desk system as the first significant result of the partner's entry. Additionally, the production of the Conference Office program was started. 15 employees. Annual revenues of CZK 57 million.

Construction of new facility comprising of offices and a new production line expanding the production facility area by 2200 m2 to 3500 m2. The operation started in December 1994. 25 employees, annual revenues CZK 120 million.

The product portfolio was expanded with new series: Ergo 100, Ergo Boss, Secur and Capri. The administrative offices including the exhibition area were completed in May. We passed the bar of a „small“ company, i.e. the number of employees exceeded 25. Annual revenues of CZK 157 million.

Expansion of the production program by EURO 2000 and SAN-REMO. Annual revenues of CZK 218 million.

Production of the new economic production program ETK Office started. Annual revenues of CZK 230 million

Production of the new Falco Office desk program and new Cargo brand cabinets began. In June, the company received the product safety certificate according to ČSN 49-0030. Annual revenues of CZK 209 million.

Release of libraries for sales support in the ARCON program. Annual revenues of CZK 208 million

Establishment of the company's supervisory board. Start of production of the new No Limits series as well as the adopted screen system with aluminium profiles from the French company Meyer. Annual revenues of CZK 197 million.

Production of the desk system called Value began. Implementation of the K2 software for the management of business processes in the company. In June, the subsidiary company SITAG Czech Republic was founded. In October, the company received the "ECOLOGICALLY FRIENDLY PRODUCT" brand. Annual revenues of CZK 212 million

Construction of a new large-scale material warehouse. Furthermore, 2 new CNC machines were purchased (edge banding machine SCM and SCM format saw).

The company was renamed from Schaerf-Rovi to Samas Czech Republic Ltd.

Obtained the ISO 14001:2005 certificate.

Obtained the OHSAS 18001:1999 certificate

Expansion of the production line of the subsidiary Samas Chair Components Ltd.

Obtained the brand „Czech Quality Furniture“

Acquisition of the company from the German owner in the MBO regime. Sale of the subsidiary company MiRa chairs Ltd. (Samas Chair Components Ltd.) in MBO mode. Change of company name to the current Mias OC Ltd.

Foundation of the office concept group. Start of an exclusive partnership for the Czech market with the Dauphin HumanDesign® Group office seating manufacturers. Entering the German market and resuming cooperation on the Slovak market.

Obtained the German certificate GS Zeichen. Reconstruction of the showroom in Prague.

Pruchase of the edge banding machine BIESSE EDGE.

Purchase of a multi-centre CNC Biesse Rover 1950 G Edge – capable of milling, drilling and edge banding.

Release of product data for sales support and planning in the pCon program.

We are aware of the need to preserve our nature for future generations and are therefore actively involved in restoring the surrounding landscape. In 2021, we implemented a green planting project in our village of Krouna.
